Cancellation Policy

Bhagyashree Holistic Astrology & Lifestyle will be operating using the following Booking, Cancellation and Reschedule Policy. 1- Bhagyashree Astrology services are available only during the time periods and appointment slots mentioned on the website. If the clients need any help with booking or cannot find a suitable time, they must contact us via email (bhagyashreeastro@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (7055419381). 2- We reserve the rights to cancel all bookings that remain unpaid for 24 hours. 3- Cancellation of bookings can be made within 48 hours of creating an order. We will provide you a 90% refund (minus 10% booking fees) of the booking cost. 4- Bookings cancelled after 48 hours of creating an order are not eligible for refunds. 5- A client can reschedule their call for FREE once per booking (if done at least 48 hours before the booking). For every subsequent reschedule, a 10% fee (dependent on the booking service cost) will be levied. 6- No refunds will be made for no-shows. We will wait for you to join the links for 5 minutes. If you are unavailable, we will not offer refunds or reschedules. 7- You can cancel your bookings up to 72 hours before the booking time online by yourself. This can be done by logging into your account. 8- You can reschedule your bookings up to 48 hours before the booking time online by yourself. This can be done by logging into your account. 9- Clients cannot claim a refund after attending a call.
