Cancellation Policy

Strategic Alignment & Approval: Every booking request is reviewed by our team to ensure alignment with our "Holistic Astrology" framework. Requests will be approved within 12–14 hours. We retain the right to refuse service to maintain the integrity of the mentorship space. Format & Scheduling: All sessions are conducted via secure video call. We strive to accommodate client-specified times; however, if your selected slot is unavailable, our staff will inform you in advance and provide alternative options. Professional Flexibility: We honor the dynamic schedules of global high-performers. Reschedules are accepted up to 24 hours (1 day) in advance. To respect the extensive preparation required, one complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking. Privacy & Archival Access: Sessions are strictly confidential. Independent recording is not permitted without prior authorization. If you require a professional archival recording for your personal roadmap, please select the "Session Recording" add-on at checkout or contact our staff.
